Acceptable Use Policy

ClipVela is for legitimate ecommerce and marketing content. The service prohibits NSFW content, deepfakes, impersonation, unauthorized likeness use, and illegal content.

Allowed use

Product videos for ecommerce listings, TikTok ads, Reels, Shorts, UGC-style reviews, unboxing clips, and product demos.
Images and prompts you own, created yourself, licensed for commercial use, or are otherwise authorized to use.
Private testing of product scenes, camera motion, packaging reveals, and ad concepts.

Prohibited use

NSFW, sexual, exploitative, hateful, violent, illegal, or deceptive content.
Deepfakes, impersonation, or creating a person who appears to endorse a product without authorization.
Unauthorized likeness, celebrity, influencer, customer, employee, child, or private-person image use.
Medical, financial, legal, or other regulated claims that you cannot substantiate.

Enforcement

Prompts may be screened by automated content moderation before generation, and risky requests can be blocked before credits or provider jobs are used.
We may block prompts, remove outputs, suspend access, or decline paid beta work when safety risk is identified.
Repeated violations can lead to account restriction without additional free credits.
Public gallery sharing is opt-in only and may be moderated before display.
