Privacy Policy

ClipVela is designed so product uploads, generated outputs, and history remain private by default. This policy explains what is collected and why.

Information we collect

Account information from Supabase Auth, such as email and basic profile details provided by Google login.
Product images, prompts, generation settings, task status, and output assets needed to provide the service.
Credit ledger, subscription or paid beta records, and support messages needed for billing and customer support.

How we use information

To authenticate users, run generation workflows, show private history, and provide signed downloads.
To estimate and deduct credits, issue refunds for failed provider tasks, and support paid beta delivery.
To improve product quality, reliability, abuse prevention, and payment-review readiness.

Storage and privacy

Uploads and generated outputs are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket when storage is enabled.
Downloads use signed URLs instead of public bucket access.
User-generated assets are not placed in the public gallery unless the user explicitly opts in.

Service providers

ClipVela uses infrastructure and workflow services such as Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare R2, and selected AI model providers.
Payment processing may use Creem, Dodo Payments, or Wise/manual paid beta handling depending on the checkout path selected for launch.
Provider and payment integrations are configured through environment variables and should not expose secret keys publicly.
