Service

ClipVela provides an AI-assisted product image to video workflow for ecommerce ads, UGC-style clips, unboxing videos, and related short-form marketing assets.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your login session and account access secure.
• We may limit or suspend access when usage creates abuse, security, payment, or content-safety risk.
• Launch-stage paid beta access may be handled manually while public checkout remains disabled for final release verification.

Credits and generation

• Video generation is credit-gated and is not offered as unlimited free generation.
• Credits are estimated before generation and deducted by the server when a paid provider task starts.
• Provider failures should be recorded and refunded to the credit ledger when the task cannot be delivered.

User content

• You must have the right to upload product images, prompts, brand assets, and any likenesses you provide.
• Uploads and outputs are private by default unless you explicitly opt in to public sharing.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in ads, listings, or public campaigns.

Launch-stage limitations

• Model availability, queue times, and output quality can vary by provider.
• Planned model pages are catalog and SEO assets, not a promise that a provider is already connected.
• Manual paid beta delivery may be used before automatic subscription checkout is publicly enabled.
